I really wish the local television stations would start reporting on what's going on in OUR area, especially inside the beltway.  I am so tired of hearing all the doom and gloom in the real estate market when the last FIVE contracts I've written have been multiple offer situations with at least three other competing contracts.

Price doesn't matter, either.  It's not just the low-end properties that are going quickly.  One was a home priced over $1,000,000 and on the market for three days!

We need to hear good news about real estate for a change!!
