We are so fortunate to live in the Metro DC area with its steady job market which directly impacts the economy.  While the market has slowed, people ARE buying homes.  I did over a million dollars in sales for January and added four new buyers to my client list.

Even Prince William County which has been especially hard hit with foreclosures is turning around.  According to The Washington Post, of the 8,000 foreclosures on the market, 6,000 have sold!
