This week I'll have a new listing in Great Falls, Virginia for $1,200,000.  A great opportunity for anyone with a little imagination!  2.5 level acres in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in the area.  Renovations on the existing home stopped due to illness but not before the plumbing, electrical, and structural work had been completed.  The photos and virtual tour will be up soon!
