Note this week’s release from the National Association of Realtors: national pending home sales are up are more than 6% in Dec. over Nov. 2008. This level is 2% higher than the Nov. vs. Dec. 2007 change.

NAR notes northern Virginia is one of the areas of the country that is experiencing a similar increase in sales and Forbes Magazine has listed the DC Metro area as #1 in the world for investing in real estate.  For the first time we've beat out London and New York City!
