How can it be in today's society and especially in today's market, that there are so many listing agents who do not have interior photos in their listings???

Your home's first impression may not be one that is face to face with a prospective buyer. In today's world 84%, according to the National Association of Realtors, of home buyers start their search online. That's an impressive figure, and one that means your home needs to make a strong virtual impression.

I can't tell you how many clients who are relocating to the DC area tell me that when they're looking at homes on line and there are no photos, they just skip right on by.  And it's not just the short sales or REO properties.  There are MANY listings in the MLS priced over $750,000 that just have an exterior photo.

It doesn't require a Master's Degree to take pictures and add them to a listing and there are companies that will do it for you.

I don't understand how a seller would choose an agent who can't provide even the minimal level of service . . . . . . . .

O.K., I'm off the soap box!
