β€œThe Washington, D.C., residential real estate market is improving with steadily increasing sales in February and March, particularly the last two weeks. Pricing is critical. Well-priced properties typically sell within weeks, not months. Even properties that have been on the market for many months frequently sell quickly once priced at market value. There continue to be multiple offers on some properties, however, the price does not usually escalate.”
