I had a most unpleasant experience with Ryan Homes at Potomac Club in Woodbridge.  A client wanted to purchase a townhome.  When it came time to sign the papers we learned that there is NO NEGOTIATION ALLOWED.  They require a 3.5% earnest money deposit, they require that a buyer pay ALL closing costs (both sides), and NOTHING can be changed on the sales contract.  The sales person didn't even know what a Grantor's Tax was.

You'd think that in this economy they'd be willing to work with people.  Too bad.........
