Why is it so difficult to get showing feedback from agents?

I don't think anyone is SO busy that they can't take the time to respond to a friendly and professional request.  I have to admit that I really don't like getting phone calls about a property that I showed two weeks earlier.  Sometimes it's hard to remember the property I showed two hours a go!  If I can't remember, I'll tell the agent.

I always send out emails with a link to the property I'm asking about.  I think that an email is less intrusive and allows agents the ability to answer when they AREN'T with other clients.

While it's true that if an agent had someone who was actually interested in the listing, he/she would have called you, but it's VERY helpful for sellers to see what others think of their home.  I prefer to forward an email response rather than do the 'he said/she said' bit.

Come on fellow agents, lets help each other out!  I promise to do better.
